“Took this tour on New Years Day. The tour was not bad. We found the tour company without a problem per their instructions. It was cold. A heater would have made the experience more comfortable given the dropping temperatures. The tour personnel would leave the windows open despite the falling temperatures. I wish we could have gone to Torcello first since that is the island with the most history. By the time we got there, it was dark and couldn't see the church I wanted to visit.
