“Terrible! The host never gave any directions as to how to get to the meeting place. It’s hard to manage through the tiny pathways in Venice and difficult to find specific tiny establishments. He was not helpful at all and angry that we never found the food tour. We tried asking over and over for directions because Venice paths are very hard to navigate. We walked with difficulty for 90 minutes and never found the tour. I told him we were lost but he never gave directions of how to get there. I did not get a refund.”
