“Super easy to find at the airport, and a very quick way to travel to your destination! Comfortable boat ride , we only had hand luggage so I’m not sure if you would be allowed big suitcases as limited space ?”

“This experience is 0 stars. The description is not clear when you think you are getting a water taxi from your hotel to the airport with a set time accordingly to your departure time. I reached out to the operator twice to get more information and when I got the information it was too late to get a refund. Viator responded and refused to give me a refund. Terrible customer service.”

“This was the most seamless pick up/drop off we’ve had this trip. Our flight was scheduled for 8:20. We were nervous with the times being so tight. The boat was a few minutes early picking us up from our hotel and the car was waiting for us at the ferry dock upon arrival. Could not have asked for better service.”

“Exceptional service and a comfortable ride. After exiting the luggage area, we were greeted by our driver, who was waiting with a sign displaying my name. The driver was courteous and assisted with carrying my luggage. The spacious Mercedes van provided a smooth and comfortable experience for all four of us. We were then driven to the pier for an effortless transfer to the water taxi, which took us directly to our hotel. While the price was on the higher side, the entire pickup and drop-off process was seamless and stress-free.”

“Benjamin was fantastic! We actually got off of our ship early and went for a coffee and a pastry. He came to our location rather than forcing us to go back to the original meeting point. He was extremely personable sharing information and answering all of our many curious questions about the region. The car was beautiful and very comfortable. Benjamin also made a point to drop us off right where we needed to go, which as tourists, we didn't even know we needed. Thank you so much, Benjamin, for an incredible journey from Trieste to Venice!”
